It announcer, that special accounts for war needs had.been opened in all tho branches of tho German hanks in Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, China, and United States. "We authorise you to use these accounts to an unlimited extent) to destroy factories, military stores, food supplies belonging to our enemies, stir tip strikes, destroy ships carrying war materials to enemy countries, burn warehouses and raw material for manufactures, destroy electrical plant in factories. SINN FEIN OUTRAGE IN IRELAND

BOMB ATTACK ON POLICE BARRACKS

London, February 18. A large, bund of Sinn Feiners, armed with gelignfte bombs, attacked the Drimoleague (County Cork) Police Barracks. One bomb was thrown into a sergeant's, bedroom, and exploded with terrific force.

Tliirty-tiVe disguised Sinn Feiners, on bicycles, raided an aerodrome on Saturday night, and aimed a revolver at the watchman while they stole all the papers and plans.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assu.

STORY OF THE ATTACK

London, February 18,

Official.—Six or seven aeroplanes car'icd out tlici raid on London last night. Only one penetrated the city. The raiders paysed the Isle of Thanet at 9.45 p.m., fo'Mowod the Thames, and crossed London from south-east; to north-west. lioimbs were dropped in various districts between 10.40 and 10.55. The reinaining raiders attempted to reacl'l London from the north-east across; Essex or from the ca6t along the Thames, but were all turned back. The casualties clue to Saturday's raid were:—Killed, three men, Jive women, and three children; injured, one man and three childncn.
