A TROUBLESOME FRIEND
MR. HOLLAND ON ME. DO WD ALL, Even Mr. Holland says the prayer, ."Save me from my friends I" At his meeting in Kelburn last night there were a few interjections, about onetwentieth in number and noise of those which other candidates havo nightly to put up with. Soon the chairman of the meeting was on his feet, protesting that there could not be a running fire of interjections. A voice: You.had bettor keep Comrade Dowdall away from other'meetings then! Mr. Holland: I wish we could. I would muzzle hini and hobble him if I could. He is the best asset the enemy has got.
