The fi.no weather spell broke yesterday with (i steady downpour that diovd northward the southerly. _ Present indications, states the official report, are for northerly pales, backing to the west in the northernmost districts, and south-east winds, strong to gale, elsewhere. Boisterous conditions, heavy rain generally, and flooded rivers are to be looked for.
