SOUTHERLY WEATHER
A southerly breeze yesterday in Wellington freshened the air and kept tho temperature down to enjoyable limits. The fine weather seems likely to break soon, according to the official prediction of the Meteorological Department. Wet and stormy conditions are expected to prevail, with easterly to southeasterly winds north of Kawliia and Castlepoint; strong south-eastors elsewhere, with rain probable.
