The Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operative -Association, Ltd,, Stock Department, report on their Pahiatua sale, held in the farmers' Yards on Tuesday, as follows:—A heavy yarding of sheep came forward, and as no outside buyers were present, prices throughout were slightly easier, and a fair number of pons of 2-tooths and aged ewes were passed in unsold. A nice line of 220 4 and 5-year Lincoln ewes topped the market for this class of sheep at 31s. 1(1., a line of about 300 2 and 4tooth (principally 4-tooth) wethers also realised top prico in wethers at 31b. 6d. A'few penß of cattle met with a dull sale. We disposed of most ot our entry as follows:—292 2 and 4-tooth wethers, 31s. 6d.: 17 2-tooth do., 275.: 181 m.s. blackfaced 2-tooths, 21b. 4d.; 50 2-tooth Eomuey cross ewes, 285.; 132 2-tooth Lincoln cross ewes, 285.; 102 do.. 265. 3d.; 219 4-5-year Lincoln eives (good), 31s.
