HOLIDAYS AND HEALTH.
The object of a holiday is usually to gain renewed energy for another year's work. A difficulty is that holidays are generally not sufficiently lone to accomplish their purpose. Jaded people go anay for a fortnight when they need a month or six weeks. Very often a holiday becomes a round of sight-seeing that is as wearyhig as work, and the holidaymaker returns as unfit as when ho went away. If possible the holiday should be start ed in reasonable health, and if you are feeling fired, weary, and limp, as most people do in our Australian summers when the blood becomes thin and impoverished, you should not wait for your holidays, but begin now to build up your blood with a true tonic, and so invigorate and refresh your system. Nothing is more valuable for this purpose than Dr. Williams* Pink Pills. Over and over again they have been / proved to bo as good as a holiday to fl jaded men and women. If you cannot ■< take a holiday, (he value of Dr. AVil- | limns' Pink Pills is even greater, for 9 they make good the waste caused by ill- H noss and the wear and tear of life. Any H dealer can supply you with Dr. Williams' J Pink Pills. |
