DARING BANK ROBBERY
MAN ESCAPES WITH £100. (Rec. February 12, 11.40 p.m.) Sydney, February 12. ! A daring daylight bank robbery has occurred. A customer entered the Englieh and Scottish Bank in Pitt Street and deposited over £300 on the counter. A man who was standing alongside dashed a bag of flour in the faces of the customer and the teller, then grabbed a hundred in notes, and escaped.—Press Assn.
