APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS. Tho followins appointments, promotions, retirements, and transfers of the undermentioned officers of the Now Zealand Staff Corps and Territorial Force have been approved:— Captain (temporary major) W. Wilkin, M.8., 8.5.. N.Z. y.X.C.S., Edin., nnd T. A. Milroy,' M.R.C.S., Eng., L.B-.C.F., Lond. 12tb (Ot ago) Mounted Rifles. Lieutenant D. Bell to be captain. Nevr Zealand Garrison Artillery. Lieutenant, (temporary captain) G. Finlay, N.Z. Expeditionary Force, is struck off the strength and is absorbed into the establishment with his origimii rank and seniority therein, as lieutenant. Now Zealand Medical Corps. Captain W. J?. Willis, M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P., N.Z. Expeditionary Force, is struck 'off the strength and is absorbed with bis original rank aul seniority as "tt A. V.
