_ The Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce has received the following cablegram, dated London, "February 9, from the High -Oonimis- ' sibner for New Zealand. French and Danish butter, no import trade at present, but resumption importations Danish anticipated in consequence of negotiations progressing between Government". /Hemp.—Manila markof. shows ncchange.
