A BLOW IN THE BALKANS
GERMAN OFFENSIVE ON A BIG SCALE TO RESTORE KING CONSTANTINE Washington, February 10. The Swiss Legation has received semiofficial advices stating that Germany is planning an offensive in the Balkans on a big scale. It is proposed to tise Teuton troops from the Russian fiont, in co-operation with Bulgarians, with the object of attempting .to -?x]>el the Italians from the Epirus and the Bri-' tish and French from Salonika. Germany plans to restore Constansine to the Greek throne, and make Hie Central Powers masters of the Balkans.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. , THE KIDNAPPED CORPS SENT TO TURKEY ON DUTY.
