BRITISH MINISTERIAL CHANGES
MINISTER FOR PROPAGANDA. (Ren. February 11, 8 p.m.) London, February 10. Tho Press Bureau states: "Sir Edward Carson's resignation of his seat in the War Cabinet has necessitated the appointment of a Minister for Propaganda. Sir Frederick Cawley believed that tho work of tho Propaganda Ministry might usefully be combined ■with tho Chancellorship of the Duchy of Lancaster, so he resigned the latter position, and Lord Beavorbrook was appointed to tho joint position of Minister for Propaganda and the Duchy of Lancaster.—Aus.-N.Z.
