During the month of January the Talisman Consolidated, Ltd., crushed and treated 920 tons, yielding bullion valued at £11,110 7s. sd. The costs for the month totalled £5 Is. 6(1.. made up as follows: Mine developments; 325. 3d.; mining, 30s. 2d; milling, 305.; general, 9s. Id. The directors have sent to London the following cablegram :-"No. 15 level south drive, progress 60 feot, width 5 inches, value Bs.; north drive, progress 22 feet, width 33 inches, value 35.; 16 level, north drive, progress 20 feet, width 24 inches, no values. .
