HUNGARIAN LEADER REPUDIATES IDEA. Borno, February 7. Count Andrassy, leader of the Constitutional Party, addressing the Hun» garian Parliament, denounced _the idea of peace at any price. He said: "Wo must finish with a victory. Our enemies are agitating with the catchword, 'Dis•memberment' of the Monarchy,' but Hungary has not- responded .to this /lure. He could not say the same for Austria. ''Wo must use every means to combat the proposal for self-deter-mination by the nations."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
