ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
The annual meeting of the Thorndnn Club-was held on Wednesday evening, when tho following officers were elected for the ensuing seasonl resident, Mr. B. L. Salmon; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. Williams, H. «T. Buck, G - Roberts, I/. White, and R. Hendry; lion, secretary, Mr. A. E. OlNeill; lion, treasurer, Mr. C. Stanton; delcjjato tn Wellington Football Association, Mr. H. J. Buck. About twelve new members wero elected, and' the chairman stated that prospects wero verj good for the coming season.
