WHERE AUSTRALIAN CARGOES (JO It is common knowledge (says tho Melbourne "Ago") that ever since tho beginning of,the war goods consigned to neutral countries have, ultimately found their way into tho hands of tho enemy. In fact, numerous instances of the kind have been traced, and the tightening of the British blockade was the result. The disconcerting discovery has now been made that many of the cargoes which have left Australia, particularly for the East, have been filtering through to Germany, and in consequence of this leakage the Commonwealth Government is now considering tho whole question of tho exportation of shipments which lcave i these shores. It is probablo that an important decision will be arrived at shortly.
