The following temporary appointments have been approved- by the Camp Commandant at Trentham:— D Company, 35th Reinforcements: Sgt. R. H. Abraham, to be company ser-geant-major. C Company, 35th Reinforcements: Cpl.'F. S. Wesson, to be sergeant; L.-Cpl. G. E. J. Alderton, to lie corporal; Ptes. J. C. Brock, E. P. Burke, T. J. Howard, C. • Wilson, and L. B. Wilson, to bo lance-corporals.
The following temporary appointments have been approved by the Camp Commandant at Featherston:—Ptes. R. T. Kennedy, E. W. Lee, E. V. Ritchie, H. G. Savers, C. B. Crotty, A. Petford, C. Carr. C Coy., 36th, to be lance-corporals; Corpls. E. Coates, W. R. Nankc-rvis, D. Carline, Headquarters Instructional Staff, CI Camp, to be sergeants; Cnrpl. A. Gillingham, Headquarters Instructional Staff, CI Camp, to be sergeant; Lco.-Corpl. G. L. Cole, Grooms and Orderlies, to bo corporal (while acting as musketry in-' slructor's storeman and dork).
