PRESS CRITICISM OF THE REPORT. . London, February 5. The "Daily News" expresses misgivings at the meagrcness of the report of the Allied War Council. A resourceful Allied diplomacy, says tlio paper, would have seized the opportunity of the unrest in: Germany to make an open demonstration of sympathy with the Russian democracy, and to assist the projected international Socialist Confer-cnce.-Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Ami.
