BRITISH SHIPPING CONTROL
DISASTROUS DELAYS ALLEGED. London, February 5. The report of the Liverpool Steamship Owners' Association criticises the Government control of shipping, which it states has involved disastrous dolays and a substantial fall in imports. The report suggests that the lossof carrying power is considerably in excess of the actual shipping losses.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assu.
