TRIAL OF BOLO PASHA
COURT CROWDED ADJOURNMENT REFUSED (Rec. February 6, 0.35 a.m.) Paris, February 4. Tho trial of 8010 Pasla opened in tlio same Court at tho Palais do Justice as that in which -Madame Caillaux was acquitted 8010 Pasha looked somewhat aged by his imprisonment, but was unconcerned by the crowded Court.. Bolo's counsel asked for an adjournment iu order to bring W. R. Hearst from America as a witness with a view to proving that one Pavenito, who is now imprisoned for treason in New York, wrote telegrams accusing 8010 at Bernstorff's instigation. Tho Court ordered the trial to proceed, deciding that the witness was unnecessary.—Aus.-A'.Z. Cable Assn.
