IN THE DARDANELLES'
BRITISH DESTROYER LOST (Pec. February G, 0.35 a.m.) London, February 4. Tlio Admiralty reports:—"One of our submarines, El 4, proceeded to tho Dardanelles on January 27 in order to complete the destruction of the Goeben. "A Turkish official report states that El 4 was sunk off Kumkale, seven men being saved, and added: 'Wo shot off tho periscope of EB2, which is certainly regarded as destroyed.'"
