Tho west doorway of Durham Cathedral, England, which had ben closed since the early part of the fifteenth century, has been permanently opened. During the 500 years tho doorway has been used only once. Tho man-faced crabs which swarm in the inland seas of Japan are queer creatures. Tho body is only about an inch in length, but it is crowned with a head which has a face closely resembling that of a Chineso_cpolie.
