The market showed an ini-. ,provement all round and prices realised were decidedly highor than , recent mar"ltet reports. Mr. Blatchford's sheep were "yarded in excellent order and showing ■•good quality elicited keen competition. Top -prico was obtained in this entry for a ■lino of 110 2-tooth ewes, which were'sold' -at 365. 3d., the 220 4 and 6-tooth-ewes sell.ing at 355. Id. The rams .(6-tooth to a years) sold at from 3gns., sgns., 6Jgns., to 'iOgns. We disposed of our yarding at ."auction with the exception .• of one small 'pen of woolly lambs. In cattle we offered '■a fair entry of useful cattle which sold -at good prices. Taking the sale all round - prices were in vendors' favour.
