The nest property offered was a seven-roomed residence in Glen Itoad, Kelburn. This was passed in at £1800. The next, offered was a residence of 12 rooms in Hill Street. .As tho reserve was not reached this was also passed- in, lilcewisn a six-roomed dwelling on Tliprndon Quay. The latter three properties are •now open for private sale.
