Moderate to Etrong south-easterly to northeasterly winds elsewhere, with increasing clouds and h%jinesa, and a change following. •Barometer falling everywhere soon, probably fast in the novthern distrioVs. ■Warm and f.air to cloudy weather hag ruled, and moderate to strong southwesterly w.nds have predominated.
