The enemy refuses to withdraw his forces from the occupied territories, an act which would itself amount to a huge annexation. British Labour has given the Bolshevik "Ambassador" in London a very cordial welcome to "its conference at Nottingham. The president's address was a good fighting, patriotio speech. The trouble in Austria seems to have died down, though the masses are still simmering for a boil-over.
