Forsyth, R, A. Wright, R. M'Calhim. E. H. Penney, and A. W. Hogg, The following resignations were accepted:—.Mrs. Kngstrom, sole teacher, Mauricevilli! West; Brewer, assistant, Blenheim; Miss E. Whitwell, assistant, Johnsonvillc; Miss E. Al. Bland, assistant. Plimmertoii; Miss K. Woulfo. tole teacher, fionga Valley; Miss L. M. Perry, pupil teacher, Mustci'ton: Miss I. Druw, sole teacher, lluhver Aided .School; Miss B. Burton, sole teacher, Brancott Aided School; Miss H. Scott, sole teacher. Nopera Bay Aided School; Mr. H. Clode, solo teacher, Port Gore Aided School. Miss H. Harnett, sole teacher, Saunders Road, was allowed to withdraw her resignation. The sum of £180 was granted- for additions to the teachers' residence at Porirua. The Department declined a grant for additions at Porirua, and it was decided to wait- on the Minister respecting the matter. It was decided to co-opevate with other boards with a view to securing an amendment of the regulations so as to put teachers on a similar footing to that of members of the Education Dppartment regarding sick leavo end furlough.
