Britain has informed Switzerland that the Government desires to reaffirm the treaties and declarations of 1815, and to assure tho Swiss Government that in conjunction with America and I'ranco the Government will respect tho integrity and neutrality of Switzerland sS long as they are maintained by tl'fl Federal Government and respected by tho enemies of Britain.—Renter.
