REORGANISING THE BOARD OF ■TRADE. (Rec. January 18, 7.40 p.m.) London, January 17. A memorandum has been issued with respect to the reorganisation of tho Board of Trade into two main departments. The first will be concerned with commerce and industry, and the second the public services. The administration of the former will be coucernod mainly with the development of trade, | thinking _ out and assisting a national commercial industrial policy.
