38 OFFICERS KILLED London, January 17. Tlia "Daily Express" states that l naval mutiny is reported to have taken placo at Kiel on January 7, Thirty-eight officers were killed.—Aus.' N.Z. Cable Assn. TROUBLE STARTED BY THE U-BOAT MEN. (Rec. January 18, 7.40 p.m.) London, January 18. The "Daily Express's" Geneva cor respondent says that the mutiny was begun by the submarine crews, ant subsequently spread to portions of th< crews oil tlie cruisers at Kiel. Tin officers were killed by tho men, severii of whom participated ;n the firs l mutiny. The submarine men are espetii ally dissatisfied owing to the fact tha' the number of boats and comrades rc turning to Germany has decreased.— Aus.rN.Z. Cable Assn.
