Garden, having been granted a commission in tho Indian Army, is struck off the strength of the Now Zealand Expeditionary Forco. ■ Dated October 8, 1917. Now Zealand Field Artillery. 2nd Lieutenant (acting Captain) J, Mayer, relinquishes the appointment of adjutant, 2nd Brigade, and the actingrank of captain on return to duty with a. battery. .
