1) Much interest is being taken In the return match between the Wellington and Canterbury representatives, to be played at the Basin Reserve on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday next. It will be' remembered that the game played.at Christchurch at New Year resulted in a draw, Wellington recovering finally after a bad start. Wellington are playing the same eleven, but somo changes have been made in the southern teani, which is strengthened by tho inclusion of Reese, the New Zealand representative player. The net proceeds of the match are. to be given to the. Mayor's Patriotic Fund. Play will, commence 011 Saturday at 1.30 p.m.
