FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for increasing north-easterly to north-westerly winde. "Weather cloudy and unsettled, with rain following generally. Barometer falling everywhere. Atmospheric pressure lias deoreased considerably in the south, and north-easterly winde hare predominated.
