PRISONERS OF WAR IN TURKEY
STATEMENT IN BRITISH PARLIAMENT. (Rec. January 15, 11.35 p.m.) London, January 14. In the House of Commons Mr. J. V. ■Hope stated that an agreement had been reached with Turkey for an exchange of prisoners on an extensive scale, but it had not been ratified. He could not givu details, but the agreement was more satisfactory than bad been expected.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
