BOAT WITH CAPTAIN AND 20 SAILORS MISSING. (Rec. January 13, 5.5 p.m.) Las P almas, January 12.
A boat containing eighteen survivors from the Spanish eteamer Joaquim Numbrull has arrived. The steamer was torpedoed at the end of December, seventy miles off Madiera, because she was carrying hides from the United States. Another boat containing the captain and twenty sailors is missing. —Reuter. '
