GASOLINE VAPOUR IGNITED,

By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, January 11. An explosion of gasolino vapour occurred aboard the coastal vessel Echo at the Port this morning. The ship was not damaged. Among the cargo for Wairoa were leaking cases of gasojine. It is presumed the spirit got into the bilge and was ignited by a light in the engine-room.
