-4 — ' FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M! YESTERDAY. Present indications are for: moderate to strong easterly winds northwards of ■New Plymouth and Castlepoint, ■ and freshening south-easterlies elsewhere. A continuance of dull, misty conditions is probable, with further rain generally. Tho barometer - has a falling tendency in the northern districts, but, is likely to riso in the- south shortly. Relatively low atmospheric pressure still persists to the northwards, and moderate to strong easterly and' southerly winds have predominated.. .
