WAIKAREMOANA LEAGUJS BUSY. (By Telegraph-Sni'cinl Correspondent.) Napier, January 10. Tho Waikaremoana Hydro-Elcctfio Scheme Leag}io will consider at a mecting to bo held on January 24 a proposal that delegates from all tho local bodies interested, including Wellington City and Palmerston North Borough Council, should make a visit to Waikaromofttia, choosing a time when it is anticipated that Sir William Fraser and Sir James Allen will bo visiting that district. It is suggested that visits should also he made to Taniw, Whakatanc. and Wairoa, and that a levy should be made on tho 34 bodies represented on the leaaue to cover the cost of the tour, which would probably be botweon £400 and £500.
