MUGGY WEATHER
Heat, rain, light winds, and an cppressivo sense of muggiuess that reduced energetic man to the lassitude of "a picco of chewed string" or a damp cloth, were the principal features of tho weather yesterday. Present indications are for variable and strong breezes, nor'-eastorlies, and sou'-eastor-lies predominating, with cloudy and unsettted weather.
