Tlie quarterly meeting of 'tho Board of Management was hold on Monday evening. The Rev. J. G. Chapman presided over a very large attendance of officials. A review of the work of the circuit during tho past quarter revealed steady progress in all departments. The membership is 804. The circiiii bilarioe-'iv" show*! rrHit rf £IG6 14s. 4d. The attendance at public worship throughout the quarter has boon well maintained. In view of the conference to bo held in Duncdin next month, Messrs. G. Tiller and C. A. Piper were appointed circuit representatives, with Messrs. L. J. Garrard and B Thomas as substitute representatives. Letters of sympathy and condolence were ordered to be .sent to several families of tho congregation, sufferers by the war The annual election of circuit stewards resulted m tho unanimous reappointmont of Messrs. W E. Redstone and F. Chmchen. beveral ladies and gentlemen were welcomed as now members, of the Quarter Board, representative of the various departments of church work
