GERMANY'S AIMS
AN ENORMOUS INCREASE IN POWER VON KUHLMANN ACCUSED OF LYING AND FRAUD London, January 3. The "Leipzig Volkeszeitung" accuses Dr. von Kuhlmann of lying and fraud. It says that everyone in Germany, Itussia, and the Allied countries now knows that Germany is not aiming at a just peace, such as Dr. von Kuhlmann depicted on December 25, but an enormous increase in Germany's power, which will strengthen the war will of the-Allies,—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
