SOLDIERS' VOTES REDUCE THE "NO" MAJORITY. (Reo. January 2, 9.45 p.m.) Sydney, January 2. With ten thousand oversea soldiers* rotes outstanding, the figures for tba referendum on conscription now show a slight majority for "Yes." The figures are: "Yes," 82,656; "No,"81,940. The Commonwealth "No". majority now stands at 170,636. —Press Assn.
