Some newspapers suggest that after such a gain in tho Ea?t, Germany may make a surrender easier in the West and South, but, all agroo that tho Allies' main torms must remain -unchanged. The "Giornale d'ltalia'" considers Count Czernin's proposals to be absolutely unacceptable. Italy, after her heroio sacrifices, cannot accept the unsatisfactory frontiers fixed in 1886. —United Service.
