EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS
ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN BRITAIN AND TURKEY. (Rec. January 1, 8.35 p.m.) Bemo, December 31. Tho Turkish and British delegates have- signed an agreement for the exchange oi incapacitated prisoners, on the basis of a low schedule of disability. A preliminary exchange of 1000 Australian and British for 1500 Turks and the repatriation of civilians of non-military ago have been arranged.— "Tho Times."
