EITHER MINED.OR TORPEDOED. (Rec. December 30, 5.5 p.m.) London, December 29. The Admiralty reports: "Three British destroyers were mined or torpedoed off tho Dutch coast on tho night of December 22-23. Thirteen officers and 180 men were lost."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Reuter.
