ARBITRARY TREATMENT OF THE OLDER SCHOLARS. (Rec. December 28, 9.35 p.m.) Amsterdam, December 27. Tim schools at have been closed for,lack of coal. _ Scholars over fifteen years of age are given the choice of- following courses at tho FlemishGormaiv University at Ghent or perfornffhg military service in Flanders for five marks daily. .
