Olaphani, Details, found guilty of disobeying a lawful command given by his superior officer, was sentenced to two years'' imprisonment with hard, labour. * Lance-Corporal P.. L. Lynch,. Details (late Thirty-second . .Reinforcements); found guilty of deserting. His Majesty's service and losing by neglect his equipment, clothing, and regimental necessaries, w,as sentenced to 112 days' imprisonment with hard labour._ Private 0. Lynch, Details (late Fifteenth Reinforcements), found guilty' of. deserting His Majesty's service, was sentenced to., six months',imprisonment with hard labour. • Private, A. H. Mitchell, Details (lots Thirty-first Reinforcements), found •guilty of deserting His Majesty's service, was sentenced to 00 days' detention. ' , ■ Private S.
