TO BE OPERATED BY THE GOVERNMENT. Washington, Dccomber 26. It is stated that the Government will operate all the railroads early in 1918— Ans.-N.Z. Cablp Assn. (R«c. December 27, 9.25 p.m.) New York, December 26. The Government will take control of the railways on December 28. Mr. M'Adoo will be the Director-General.— Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
