.• *- : . MR, MASSEY'S CONGRATULATIONS. The following is the test of the message sent by the Prime Minister (Right Hon. W. F. Massey) to Sir Robert Borden (Prime Minister of Canada), on the result of the recent .elections:— "I regard result of your elections as a triumph of the Imperial cause, and as a" proof that the Canadians are determined to do their full duty in defending the Empire and bringing this great fight for freedom to a successful and satisfactory conclusion.
