Officials have discovered a most extensive system by which letters, writtsu in invisible- ink and in codo, are being carried by neutral sailors to Scandinavia, and then sent on to Germany! It is Buspected that the codes have been used in 20 per cent, of - the lettars sent to Scandinavia. Many letters have been concealed in clothing. Arrests are expected.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
