'SOMEONE BLUNDERED. Halifax, December 20. The investigation into the Halifax disaster is now occupied with the question why. the Imo and the munition transport Mont Blanc approached 1 ihe narrow entrance of the harbour together. It appears .that the naval authorities controlled the movements of all Vessels, and the investigators are trying to discover who gave the order which allowed both vessels to riskpassing the dangerous spot at the same time.—Aus.-N.Z.
